A Little Bit About Our Company:
AJF Construction Co. was founded in 1976.
We began by building properties, furnishing them and then leasing them out to customers in the Syracuse Area.
We
prided ourselves on our properties and did whatever we could
to
make our clients feel
at home. Taking a new direction, AJF Construction Co. began buying up pre-existing properties, remodeling them to their standards and then renting them out. We started off buying
single home properties and then moved onto pre-existing apartment complexes and buildings. One of these is located in the heart of Downtown Syracuse. The Clinton Square Suites are a landmark that
has been in Syracuse for many years. Recently rennovated, it is one of the newest and most luxurious apartments in Downtown Syracuse. |
